Hi lovelies! Please join me for our first ever LIVESTREAM class Wednesday 1st February 7.30-8.30pm. This livestream class is included in your membership and will take place on the first Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm GMT. I'd love to see you there! Don't worry if you can't make it live, the class will be filmed and uploaded available for you to do anytime you wish. We'll rotate the class types each month starting with BARRE in February. Grab your chair, hand weights and mat and let's get those legs shakin and endorphins flowing
