Hello lovelies!

I am so happy to have you as a Tara Riley studio member.  I am always striving to give you the best and most well rounded workouts to tick all those important boxes -- improving physical AND mental health through positive, addictive (iin the best way) and fun fitness.

I know how crazy the festive time of year can become, so it seemed a perfect time to re-start LIVE classes to help give you that extra boost of motivation and support (if you need it). 

To start, we'll meet on zoom on Mondays at 1.15pm.  The class will be 30-45 mintues long and we'll mix it up each week, offering a variety of Strength, Pilates, Barre and Cardio.  Join me LIVE or catch up later when the class is uploaded to the platform!
